So how about keeping a dream diary? Sometimes, when I ask a client about their dreams they tell me that they don't dream. Well what's really going on is that they do dream, they just don't remember. Not remembering your dreams isn't a problem if you don't care about it. There are many people who aren't interested in their dreams but I'm not one of them and the fact that you're even reading this page leads me to think that you're not either!
During this lockdown it would be interesting to notice what is happening in your dreamscape. Are you noticing anything different about your dreams? Are you having a recurring dream?
Try keeping a notebook and pen next to your bed and write down anything you remember as soon as you wake up. Even drawing a quick sketch or jotting down a few key words or phrases will help you to work on your dream.
